Our faculty's Electrical and Electronics Engineering Department Head academicians visited Air Forces Commander General Ziya Cemal Kadıoğlu in his office. Possible cooperation issues between the university and the Air Forces Command were discussed during the meeting. In the productive meeting, opportunities to conduct joint studies, especially within the scope of defense technologies, academic research, and engineering projects, were evaluated. The parties exchanged views on strengthening university-industry cooperation and increasing academic contribution to innovative projects in the field of national defense. Gazi University Faculty of Engineering Electrical and Electronics Engineering Department Head academicians emphasized that they aim to integrate their academic knowledge with the defense industry more effectively, while General Kadıoğlu drew attention to the importance of scientific studies in developing defense technologies. Following the meeting, it was stated that the parties will continue to work on concrete projects in the future.
